McNamara Elementary School (Grades PK-5)

Note:  McNamara is not in Sharpstown, but part of Section 3 is zoned there

Summer School has just ended at McNamara Elementary School, and planning is now underway for an exciting and productive school year for 2007-2008.  

Registration for new students will begin on August 6th and continue through the opening of school.  Hours for registration are 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  Information needed for enrollment for students who have NOT attended an HISD school before includes picture identification for parent/guardian, proof of residency (lease, light bill, etc.), immunization records, birth certificate, and social security card (if available).  Information for students who HAVE attended an HISD school before includes a picture identification for parent/guardian, a final report card from the previous school, and proof of residency (lease, light bill, etc.).

The faculty and staff of McNamara Elementary look forward to a great year in 2007-2008, as we continue “striding towards academic excellence.”
