Deed Restrictions 101 - A summary of Sharpstown's deed restrictions and how SCA enforces them

IMPORTANT NOTE:  This summary does NOT replace your deed restrictions.  Sharpstown has 26 sets of deed restrictions and although most are very similar, there are differences.  The actual deed restrictions documents also have more provisions than are included in this summary.   Because of the number of sets of restrictions, SCA does not provide copies of actual deed restrictions at this time; however, we envision making them available on this site at some time in the future.  You can get a copy of your deed restrictions from your title company or the Harris County Property Records office.
