Available 24/7, contact 311 for:

* Metro Bus Shelters that need cleaning.
* Overhanging tree limbs that could limit fire or garbage trucks from accessing your home.
* Overhanging tree limbs that obstruct the view of street signs – street name, yield or stop signs.
* Swimming pool or spa with black water and/or breeding mosquitoes.
* Discharging hazardous material into subdivision storm drains. (City of Houston is responsible for ensuring that anything harmful in the waterways does not enter the flood control ditches/creeks via storm drains.)
* To report a storm drain that is clogged or not draining properly.
* Heavy trash placed curbside PRIOR to Sunday before collection date.
* Inoperable vehicles on public or private property.
* Garbage and Lawn Trash curbside before 6:00PM of day before pickup.
