SLOGAN:  T.E.A.M. = TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVING MORE

Our T.E.A.M.'s purpose is to provide students with the skills necessary to succeed academically and socially to become productive members of society. Inherent within this purpose is the belief that all students will learn; that family, community, and business support is essential to student success and that high self-expectations can make a difference in not only the lives of the student but also in society as a whole.

* Sugar Grove Elementary was named as one of the recipients of the Governor’s Educator Excellence Award Grant during the 2006 – 2007 school year.  The grant provides pay incentives for the teachers and staff for succeeding in economically disadvantaged schools.  The 2007 - 2008 school year will be Sugar Grove’s second year to participate in the grant.

* Sugar Grove Elementary achieved Recognized status for this school year.  The students, teachers and staff did an excellent job this year as well as in previous years of promoting student learning.
