REMINDER: Do not place junk waste out during tree waste months.  Monthly collected heavy trash should be placed at the curb no earlier than 6 p.m. the Friday before the scheduled collection day. Fines range from $50 to $2,000. If you have placed your trash at the correct time and you were skipped in collection, notify 311 no later than 24 hours after your collection day.

Weekly collection of yard waste (grass clippings, leaves, etc.) must be in city-approved biodegradable bags.

Tied bundles of sticks, twigs, and small branches will be collected curbside on your regular garbage/yard waste collection days.

DISPOSING OF REFRIGERATORS AT THE CURB
Must have compressor removed by licensed electrician & tagged to indicate removal. Doors must be secured (duct tape or other means) or removed to prevent children from getting trapped and dying.  Put out no sooner than 6:00 PM the Friday preceding collection (city ordinance 39-77)
