SCA Meetings

Sharpstown Civic Association generally holds monthly meetings on the 4th Thursday at the Sharpstown Recreation Center located at 6600 Harbor Town Drive, just north of Bellaire Blvd. near the Sharpstown Pool and Golf Course.

Have you ever wished you could come to a meeting but found yourself shuttling between nighttime activities or don't drive at night? Have you wondered what Sharpstown Civic Association does or wondered what goes on in our schools? Well, this is your chance to join find out!

Pat Neff Elementary Principal, Anita Lundvall, will be hosting us. Our meeting is in conjunction with the "Coffee with the Principal" held monthly at the school - refreshments will be served. SCA will give a presentation about what we do and our plans for the future; Neff will do the same - they are very excited about their recent renovations and their Fine Arts program and are eager to show it off in a tour.

Pat Neff Elementary is located at 8200 Carvel, 77036 between Mary Bates and Waldo in CCT-2 (right behind Lansdale Park/Pool). Carvel is accessible from the feeder road of 59, and Mary Bates intersects with both Bellaire and Beechnut. Parking will be available in the lot on Waldo - look for people to direct you. Parking is not permitted on Carvel (they have requested the no parking signs be removed, but as of press time, they are still there). We will be meeting in the Cafeteria.

9:00 AM - SCA Meeting
10:00 AM - Tour of school

You are welcome to any or all parts of the meeting, and we hope to see you there! Our usual meeting date/time will resume in April (4th Thursday at 7:00 PM).
